It's getting harder to beat home!

Yep, with all the worlds troubles, It seems the only place you can truly hang your hat and relax is at home. You can already watch movies, listen to your favorite music or radio station and make a great meal in minutes. With all the advances like self-cleaning stoves and smarter washer and dryers, like my grandmother said " Those are all nice to have, but wake me up when they have a complete self-clearning house."

They seemed to be working on that as well. Robots clean the floor, cuts the grass and with the help of cameras, an eye is out for intruders and your pets. Maintence on homes now have gotten quicker as well. I remeber when it took a week to replace your roof. Now it can be done in a day. Same for all your windows as well. Now there are home services that can do just about anything you want done. Cooking applicances have gotten so good now a days, they rival quality restraunts (cause in truth, they use them).

Its getting so that you can have a great meal at home quicker than driving to a restraunt, waiting to get a table and then have your order taken to bw served. The best part is you can do this at more than half the cost and can keep the tip. Your super duper air fryer, skillet or convection oven wont have its hand out. You don't even have to go out shopping for the food anymore. With services that bring the groceries to you (sorry tip expected), you can have a tight tummy and watching that action movie on TV within the hour. Better yet, it can be watching you, zzzzzzzzzzz lol.

With new four and eight k televisions and monitors, you see it better on the screen then being there. You do not have to worry about crowds, parking, drunkeness, fights, shootings, high cost and other things that may make you to ask "What the hell was I thinking?"

Yes, many may say that you are giving in to the terror. No arguement on this, but in comparason I believe there would be many who have died in a terror incident would have rather been at home watching it on their television.

Of course others will say that if more can entertain themselves at home, the service/product industry will suffer. This argument has been a loop throughout history as other techonogies and ideas have sprung up to take their place in an every changing economy. The fact that some of these technologies have developed speak for themselves as they have supported enterainment and services at home living as well.

Im not saying to not go anywhere and do anything. What I am saying the home is becomming more and more the most econimical, convienent and safest choice in an ever incresingly divided world. If you wish to travel the world, please do, I did and even when home won in all the categories, nothing replaces real world experences.

As for most humans (that many miss), it boils down to common sense. For example, you might have second thoughts before you go around trumping on a piece of land with a volcano on it (active or not). And you might ask questions before going on a boat that is not designed for open sea operations.

Like with everything else, you need to do your research. Many fall victim to crimes because of their own greed. Of course prices are higher in tourist areas and many try going outside of those areas looking for lower prices. It ends up where they lose even more than they bargain for.

Even though many have been ripped off in tourist areas in one form or another, your safety drops dramatically when outside of those areas alone. Here's a tip, when you have decided where you wish to go and do not know anyone there. Try using social media and establish some communication with someone in that area. Do not tell them your plans. Just ask general questions of things where you can get an idea of the cost of the area. If they offer a cheaper way in doing things, do not take it. Just leave it in a general sense. Even when a situation goes well and you had a good time, there is still no place like home.
